The Event: The National Golf Club Challenge
Join thousands of golfers from up and down the UK and participate in a nationwide charity golf day – in aid of Help for Heroes. The National Golf Club Challenge is set to be the largest amateur charity golf day the UK has seen.

When: 24th (or 25th) July 2010
The National Golf Club Challenge will take place on 24th (or 25th) July 2010. On this weekend, hundreds of golf clubs will come together to raise funds, have fun and compete to be crowned the 2010 Help for Heroes National Golf Club Champions.

Top Prize: Spectacular golfing holiday
The winning team will enjoy a spectacular seven nights at The 5 star Marriott Taba Heights Resort on the Sinai Peninsula. Which includes 3 rounds of golf each at the prestigious Taba Heights Golf Resort.

The runner-up prize is two days of golf and accommodation at a top UK Golf Resort (courtesy of Your Golf Travel.com), with numerous other prizes on offer from the likes of Titleist Europe, Motocaddy, American Golf and Yes Golf Europe.

The Final: 11th and 12th October 2010
The six top scoring golf clubs will go forward to the final. The two day Grand Final will be hosted by The Belfry, one of the world’s leading golf resorts, and four times host to the Ryder Cup.

The two day event will include a practice day, golf clinic, overnight accommodation, the final competition, a gala dinner, guest speakers and the prize presentations.

As the UK headquarters of the PGA and spiritual home of the Ryder Cup, golf and The Belfry are inextricably linked. The Belfry has become synonymous with golf and a Mecca for both professional and amateur players.
